A Mechanical Engineer and MBA graduate, Mr. Singh has built his career around helping industries navigate the complex regulatory landscape governed by the Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO). His expertise spans the full spectrum of safety compliance, from certification of petroleum storage installations to the inspection of high-pressure gas vessels and transport vehicles.
Mr. Singh started PetroTech Consultants in Ghaziabad, initially supporting smaller local businesses with their kerosene storage compliance requirements. Over three decades, he has expanded the company's reach to pan-India operations, now serving major industrial players in the storage and handling of complex hydrocarbons such as ethanol and styrene, as well as high-pressure gases including oxygen, LPG, propane, and other industrial gases.
Throughout his career, Mr. Singh has helped clients across multiple industries and geographies successfully secure PESO approvals and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance, establishing PetroTech as a trusted partner for safety-critical industrial operations.

A Chemical Engineer and certified Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Professional, Parampreet accumulated 6 years of rich experience working with leading multinational firms in the oil and gas sector. During this time, he served major oil and gas operators both in India and internationally on process design, safety audits, and compliance inspections — gaining exposure to the highest standards of operational and regulatory rigour in the industry.
Joining the family business, Parampreet has brought this MNC-grade expertise to PetroTech's clientele, significantly expanding the firm's advisory capabilities. He has extended PetroTech's service portfolio into emerging domains including strategic layout planning, site capacity requirement assessment, raw material sourcing optimisation, process safety management, and emissions management.
Parampreet is particularly focused on bridging the gap between large-scale industry practices and the needs of MSMEs, helping smaller operators access the same quality of safety and strategic advisory that was previously available only to large corporations.
